Thank you for giving of your time and volunteering at the event. It is going to be an amazing day where you will see eyes light up and confidence build, as they begin to unleash their potential.
Day of Event Details:
What to wear: please wear hot pink, white, and/or black, and dress in business casual attire (no jeans please).
What time to arrive: depending on how you are volunteering, please review the following:
- Food Volunteers: arrive at 7:15am
- Navigators: arrive at 7:15am, orientation is at 7:30am
- Hospitality and Greeters: arrive at 7:30am, orientation is at 7:40
- Room Monitors, Workshop Assistants, If you’re not sure what you’re doing as a Volunteer: arrive at 7:30am, orientation is at 7:40
- Morning Photographers: arrive at 7:45am
- Table sponsors: arrive between 7:30-7:45am to set up
- Table Talk Hosts: arrive at 11:30am. You are scheduled from 11:45am-1:00pm.
- Afternoon Photographers: arrive at 12:00pm
- Hair stylists, Make-up Artists, Wardrobe Coaches: arrive between 12:30-12:45pm (you are also invited for lunch that begins at 11:45). PLEASE NOTE: bring your own styling equipment or make-up kit. You are scheduled from 1:00-2:45pm.
- Mock Interviewers: arrive at 1:45 – short training will be at 2:05 and mock interviews will be from 2:30-3:25pm.

- Navigator Preparation: Please go to the navigator training page to prepare for your part in working with the girls all day.

Overview of Schedule:
- Morning: career skill building workshops
- Lunch: talk to a person in a field they are interested in pursuing, visit education and trade tables
- Afternoon: get a free outfit, hair, makeup, image coaching, mock interviews, and style show
